I've said this before on my blog, but I'll say it again: my simplest cakes always end up being my favorite! Love this Milk Bar inspired mini cake I made on a whim using some leftover sprinkles and marshmallows I had on hand. The cake was a strawberry flavor so the pink interior was a nice surprise touch!
